Hi, thank you for reaching out! This is definitely possible. Do you know of any complete, permissively-licensed lists of German words (most or all of them)?

Also using this https://github.com/bmilde/wiktionary_ipa_phoneme_lexicons you will get a grapheme / phoneme list of ~700k entries.
