[Feature] "Learn more" popups

Low priority, but leaving here as note

We currently use those blue expandable boxes, or just info icons with short hover text to provide additional details on a field

TurboTax uses a 'Learn more' hyperlink that opens a popup on the side with a short description, a long description, and examples [also a 'Was this helpful' y/n selector that could be useful for telemetry]

Examples in particular would be great to have for certain fields

Also it being a popup saves space on the main page since it can contain so much content [thinking in particular of the locate data explanation]
