Need a table with proper site IDs that contains all the photo references from mergin

If we are to script all the photos into files with tags (ie. upstream, downstream, inlet, extra_tags, etc) we would need to have a file that tells us the names of the sites but also has all the photo references. Maybe this is not too much of a big deal to script the modelled_crossing_ids and the pcsis_crossing_ids into a table and burn out to csv. Always wary of any sort of "handwork" because things tend to change over time (ex. v226 was updated on Nov 6!).

Maybe we just do manually (or part manually) again this year.
