Record entry bug

[KateCourt]

1. Create infant still on daily reporting
2. Go into a daily record
3. Answer the first question with “Yes, some of it” or “No”
4. In the follow-on question, select “I have run out” as an option and then deselect it. The red warning text appears and then disappears
5. Submit your answer, with “I have run out” still deselected
6. Tap that daily record again to edit it

Then when I go back into that record, the red warning message is still visible, even though the “I have run out” option is deselected. If I select and then deselect this option to make the message disappear, resubmit my edits, and then go back into the record to edit again, the warning message is still visible.
