User is not shown in the top 10 alltime

Description:
The user (tqssilo) is not shown in the top 10 alltime (top_all.php) but in the rank-list (list_rankup.php) he is on place 5 alltime.

Can you share us the config of your "Rank" options?

The user which is not shown in the Rankup List has no exception server group.

Ok, thx for sharing this.

I would have estimated that the user is in an exception.

Can you share a key for the API to your Ranksystem instance? Then we can have a look to the details of the user.
Webinterface -> Add-ons -> API
Of course you can also send us the key as privat message on our TeamSpeak. But the API should not open really sensitive data.

The reason is that the user has the removed flag. User, which are removed, will not be displayed in the top user lists.

Have you removed this user from your TS server or
did user get removed by restoring a backup / changing of your TS server (location) or
could it be, this user got lost on your TS server in any other way?

In this case, the Ranksystem will delete the user out of the Ranksystem database or what should be the case with you, when the clean clients function is disabled (Webinterface -> Other) the user will be marked as removed.

Strange but the clean clients function is not disabled and I have the ranksystem with the same TeamSpeak Server for over two years. How can I fix this issue?
