Hi!

Please add an on-off switch to the administration area to disable autoupdateing and an other button to do a manual update. In my cases may not want to update the bot automatically. If there is something wrong with the update, I have no chance to made a fix immadiately.
I would like to update the RankSystem manually.

- Adds a new cfg param to the database
- Only load and run the auto-updater if enabled
