Describe the bug
When the project does not have a parent (basically its parent is root) and there is another project with the same name, operator is unable to correctly identify the location of the objects to refresh. The quick workaround is to rename one of the projects to enforce project name uniqueness. However better approach is to either handle the cases when the project is in root or provide the possibility to use project / object ID directly.
