Each forecast counts as 2 API calls in the dashboard

A user reported that they noticed that every single forecast using the nixtla package counts as 2 API calls in the dashboard. This is having them reach their limit very quickly.

@AzulGarza shared that currently, we need to make two requests to the API to generate forecasts. The first one gets the model's parameters to perform some preprocessing on the data, and the second one calls the actual path.
