Qual deverá ser o idioma dos comentários no código e das issues? Português ou inglês?

What should be the language of the comments in the code and of the issues? Portuguese or english?

Já discutimos isso uma vez, mas está um pouco escondido num outro issue.
Comentário no código SEMPRE inglês e nas issues, inglês sempre que possível.
Como ainda estamos em fase de desenvolvimento, e é extremamente improvável que alguém de fora da comunidade venha colaborar agora, não tem problema as issues serem em português, mas o código irá permanecer mesmo após essa primeira fase.
