Installation of the app freezes in diferent times

I downloaded the NT .exe 0.10.8 and after installing the app I always get the same problem.
When i try to open it for the first time starts downloading all the necessary and at some point the installation freezes and does not continue.
Here I leave one of those freezes:

I have tried everything I could think of to fix it:
Firewall, or antivirus problems
vc++ x86 versions
Reinstalling
As administrator
etc...

No clue why it does not work.
If anyone knows anything would be much appriciated.

As a workaround you can try manually installing the noita mod:

download the current main-branch zip https://github.com/Noita-Together/noita-together/archive/refs/heads/main.zip

from the zip, copy the two folders in 'noita_mod' to your noita installation's mods folder (for steam on windows, usually C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\noita\mods

rename the 'core' folder to 'noita-together' and the 'nemesis' folder to 'noita-nemesis'. Delete those folders first if they already exist

Ok i did it and worked, idk why the app did not work by itself.

Guess that my Windows 11 has some issue.

Along with the copying of the mods, passing --nt-noupdate seemed to be required to get the launcher to get past this problem.
