• Add complete scenario menu item which adds the gained gold/xp from the scenario to your character
• Add warning about unsaved changes
• Use official advantage/disadvantage rules
• Add option for house rule advantage/disadvantage

Changelog:

• Fix mindthief perk removing a -1 instead of a -2.
• Made character and class loading and saving async (You probably won't notice since it should be so fast already)
• In the case of being unable to load a character (or its class), don't remove them when saving or deleting other characters.
