Description

Add cellular capabilities using waveshare SIM7600. Use AP defconfig.

Acceptance Criteria

Can connect to cellular, and whole network can use cellular.

Proposed Solution

Use QMICLI and WDC 4G.

For routing, probably use static route? Active-backup not possible.
