2022_08_v2

In this release, the following has been done:

• all tools have been put in their own conda envs
• all tools have thus been updated
• command lines have been modified and updated
• multiqc has been added to the end to process all of the output
• prokka has been removed since it was broken on saga.

Specific genes finding in working order

This is a bug fix release. The specific gene finding module was not working properly. This version fixes this problem.

Saga release

This release is updated to run on the Saga sigma2 cluster.
