Clean cartesian product

Create a function to safely clean cartiesian product when extracting both resultat and konklusjon from PJS and want to combine this into as few rows of kjennelser per sample as possible.
Depends on table with relation between metode and analytt.
Should be performed for one analytt at a time.
How to handle analytter that should be combined into one for reporting, i.e. influenza with serotypes, footrot with genotypes, others.
