Create check of included values for a given variable towards selection criteria for retrieving the data

When selecting data from PJS there is need for a check listing the values of variables that is used in the selection. In particular this should handle hensikt, metode, art, analytt and utbrudd_id. The priority is hensikt, metode and art.
The function should list all values included for the specific variable and mark whether the value is included in the selection criteria. The purpose is to be able to

1. see if more values should be included in the selection criteria
2. See values that need to be deleted from the retrieved data
