Describe the bug

Non è possibile settare il credito compensato IVA sul quadro VP9.

To Reproduce

Affected versions:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. creare una liquidazione IVA
  2. aggiungere una riga in Altri crediti / debiti per IVA o compensazioni di imposta (importi positivi per i crediti, negativi per i debiti)
  3. creare una comunicazione IVA con la liquidazione sopra
  4. il debito/credito compensato viene conteggiato nell'IVA detratta/a debito senza possibilità di inserirlo nel rigo VP9

Expected behavior
È possibile decidere dove va il debito/credito.
