Translating the concept sets to ICD-10 codes can be done with the following steps:
Go the cohorts folder.
Open the JSON file of your outcome of interest, and copy the content to your clipboard
Go to an ATLAS instance, for example the public OHDSI ATLAS.
Click 'Cohort Definitions', then 'New Cohort'.
Open the 'Export' tab, select 'JSON', and replace the JSON in the edit box with the JSON on your clipboard.
Click 'Reload'.
Go to the 'Concept Sets' tab, select the concept set you're interested in, and click on 'Included source codes'.
Under 'Vocabulary', select 'ICD10M'.
The 'Code' column now contains the ICD-10 codes
