Remove oracleTempSchema #478

oracleTempEmulation schema is about to be removed from DatabaseConnector (see OHDSI/DatabaseConnector#289)

When FeatureExtraction has removed (it we can remove it. See OHDSI/FeatureExtraction#126)

It's currently used in getCohortCovariateData as input and in this call to `FeatureExtraction::getDbCovariateData
