For some reason sometimes tests are failing with those:

Site Hourly Checks version: branch: 1.49.0, hash: 09433b6761039f21407bb590e5bc2c1cf9cde647, time: 2021-07-27 10:39:51 +0300, region: us
[Site][DownloadCommercial][Workspace] instruction link for `debian` alive /download.aspx
Net::ReadTimeout

Currently do not know reason of this, but add link for this instruction in this message will be a great help to recheck manually that everything is fine
