[SPIKE 5 days] Investigate speeding up Lighthouse tests

Description
Now we have improved the speed of our VR tests. Our longest running tests are the Lighthouse ones. It would be good to investigate improving the performance of these and seeing if its possible to get these to run quicker.

One option is to investigate using https://github.com/marketplace/actions/lighthouse-ci-action we would need to work out how we provide it with the list of urls though. Or we could even see if updating to the latest version of Lighthouse (v12) would help or investigating the documentation and seeing if there is any options we can use to do this.

Expected outcome
Define different options, their pros and cons including feasibility of it. The options need to be tested as well before they are presented.
