As a user,
I want the dividing lines on summaries with errors to have a left margin,
so that they align properly with the text and provide a clean and organised layout.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Investigate the current margin settings for the dividing lines on summaries with errors.
  2. Identify any discrepancies or misalignments with the text.
  3. Add a left margin to the dividing lines to ensure they align correctly with the text.
  4. Verify that the changes are consistent across different screen sizes and devices.
  5. Ensure that the visual appearance of the summaries with errors is improved and aligns with the overall design guidelines.
