I want the table title container width to be consistent,

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Investigate the current width setting of the table title container, which is 27pix.
2. Identify the reason why the width is set to 27pix instead of 28pix.
3. Adjust the width setting to ensure that the table title container sits correctly on the grid at 28pix.
4. Verify that the changes are consistent across different screen sizes and devices.
5. Ensure that the visual appearance of the table title container is improved and aligns with the overall design guidelines.
