New Solver class for DEM only
Particle migration needed for current configuration updates (contact neighbors are in the current frame);
Reduced ParticleList field requirements (no need for reference position, displacement), radius, tangential force, current position only
Reuse NormalRepulsionForceModel and separate TangentialForceModel
Boundary condition kernel for container (zero velocity)
