The SVG files produced by v.out.svg do not contain any of the attributes selected
To reproduce
Simply export any vector file and select one or more attributes to be exported. Non of them will be printed. only the index of the feature will be present, for example <circle gg:cat="1" cx="394331.244700" cy="-5000665.534000" r="3845.063598" /> where "gg:cat="1" is the first point feature of the original layer in QGIS. This is possibly due to line 382 assigning the row number but not the attribute(s)
