Describe the bug
For the moment, "capability" is a class that has no clear destination. It might be added as a class to BFO, or to CCO, or some other reference ontology. In any case, its IRI should not be minted by a domain ontology like OccO. It should then be removed from OccO, at least temporarily. This also will allow to adapt the hierarchy to the definitions presented in the FOIS paper.
Expected behavior
Capability class is removed from OccO.
