The images for the settlements in New York and the surrounding areas look like they're in the jungle. Is this intentional?

Gothamite uses southerngfx and in /interface/ate.gfx , the southerngfx uses West African images.

Is this because the californio and centrolatino cultures use southerngfx too?

In CK2, the graphics for a culture's attire and holdings are linked. We couldn't make the Gothamites have those sophisticated southerngfx styles clothes without also giving them those jungles tiles.

We wish that the method of assigning clothes and holdings were separate, but they're not.
