Since it has been added to the map as an Americanist holy site that replaces Richmond, it should probably replace Richmond as a pilgrimage site.

It could be an optional final portion of the pilgrimage.

That's a long trip considering most Americanists are in DC area or Florida.

Given how far it is, it could come at an expended risk (ambushed by Christian zealots/Pagans) but give a greater piety reward for completion? For balance's sake, it probably shouldn't be something the AI will choose to do very often.

Hi, I made necessary changes to pilgrimage event file and localisation file. I don't know how to turn jpeg into dds properly but I found CC picture of Rushmore that would work and edited it so it looks more "arty".
Getting to Rushmore takes two months, making events on the way there would be nice but same thing would have to be done for other sites if your character lives in say Cuba or Rushmore itself. Two months of regency seem like penalty enough.

The question is if Richmond shouldn't stay in pilgrimage, it is important place and it already has all text.

I will leave the choice up to you, I will submit pull request if you want it.
