didn't know how long cargo stylus would take

cargo stylus check takes an unexpectedly long time to complete (over 10minutes on my M3 Mac). This is fine especially since it was the first time I ran it, but i would have preferred for this caveat/information to be made explicit in the documentation.

Something like: "cargo stylus check will perform XYZ operations and could take as long as 10 minutes the first time you run it for your project."

I would have expected this to be in both the arbitrum.io docs, stylus-by-example docs, and the cargo-stylus README.
