Implement concept helpers based on narrower terms

In addition to a function to broaden concepts, we would like to have a function that given a (list of ) concept uri's labels the rows in a dataset with these concept uri's if a given field of the dataset contains a narrower concept of the given concept.

This would use the concept_url expand endpoint (resolve concept id, extract concept_url, add /expand to url). This returns a list of id's of the narrower concepts.
