Run example notebooks with CI #40

Currently it's quite easy to make changes that break the example notebook without noticing. This issue is to look into how we can add execution of the notebook into CI. I've already briefly looked into nteract/testbook, papermill, and the pytest_notebook plugin, but couldn't get any of these to work yet (in a reasonable amount of time).
