Issue and how to produce

  • In borno layout r=র, h= ্ and z = য,this combination should produce "র‍্য"
  • But Typing "র" and "্য" produces "র্য" but expecting "র‍্য"
  • e.g. Borno layout produces র্যানসমওয়্যার, but expecting র‍্যানসমওয়্যার

Other information

  • Avro Easy layout does not suffer from this issue. (btw, I prefer borno layout, please don't abandon it) Edit: Avro layout also suffer from this issue, but in avro there is a special "য-ফলা" key which is "shift + x", it mitigates the issue. Try writing র, হসন্ত য in avro easy you can reproduce it.
  • OS: linux mint 20.3
  • Typing on libreoffice writer, font is "noto serif bengali.ttf" (I think you can produce this issue in anywhere using any font)
  • Openbangla keyboard version : 2.0.0

Update

In borno layout there is a special য-ফলা key too. That is "shift + v" . I think it is a solution of my issue. If you guys think 'র্য" is the expected behavior please close this issue.
