What would you like to be able to do? Please describe.
I am unable to delete photos I have uploaded to an area until I go to my profile page and remove tags then I am able to delete it. A user should be able to delete photos they have uploaded either from their profile or the route page without removing tags.

How important is this to you (Please pick one)
