Allow ticking routes without a date

Since importing from MP seems to be currently down, I'd like to add my ticks another way (plus I don't have everything on MP). Although I like to know when I've done routes, for most of them, I don't remember.

So I'd like to be able to just tick a route to add it to my logbook. I'll add info afterwards if needed, but ticking a route should not require multiple buttons.

Important, but definetely not critical, though completely a block for me.

Also: allow ticks with only a year or year and month.
