exported files with accented characters are ignored

I noticed any areas/etc that have accents and get a respective .json files (or folder) loose accented characters if present. It's really a minor issue but accented letters could be replaced by their non-accented counterparts.

this is a good example, it should read "tres_picos" but the letter got eaten because it has an accent.

If you agree this is a problem I volunteer to fix it.
