Expansion of the ISO/IEC 5230:2020 Section 3.5 Understanding open source community engagements to include 3.5.2 Consuming.
This amendment proposition aligns to LF Research efforts regarding OSPO activities.

Slide 12 of the TODO Group 2021 OSPO Survey clarifies
"Consuming open source code in products or services"
"Contributing to upstream open source projects"
