Create real static json data from openDDS gateway for UI consumption

the json model we are using to develop the UI right now is just formulated from a conceptual domain model from the documents.

We should get a copy of json from the actually openDDS serverice that represents Topics, Subcribers, Publishers, etc. This can start off as a static model so we can develop the view later further.
