Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the pipeline notifies via slack when it is successful (see screenshot), but we would want it to notify us if it fails for whatever reason also.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • send notification to Slack if pipeline fails (channel #ods-website).
