Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to figure out how to implement configurable properties files. This includes the following:

  1. properties file
  2. xml properties file
  3. yml files
  4. json file (optional)

Describe the solution you'd like
We will need to decide on the drop down coordinates of these files (path of the config tags)
