Use a separate job for this with dependency on jobs installing vcpkg packages and use
download-artifactaction to get them.Remove
concurrencyto not cancel workflows from previous pushes. Pontentially this might create a situation when a sequence of fast merges will make some of them to not generate artifacts. This might create problems for the investigation if one of merges somehow breaks artifacts.Also automatically create a merge request on push.
