[META] front: improve ts v2

Description and goal

TS v2 is quite complex and some parts of the code are not well structured. Please write below what part of the code should be refactored/improved.

Bugs

• Tsv2: Stop not located at a specific PR doesn't appear in the output table #8546
• front: display the via added by click on the map in the manchette #8174
• front: display the via added by click on the map in the GEV #8845
• front: display the via added by click on the map in the output table #8846

Enhancements (small functionalities)

• improve power restrictions when changing path (https://github.com/osrd-project/osrd-confidential/issues/622)
• replace icon to remove a via in timestops input - but might be irrelevant because of changing behavior of the table ? - (Schedule table: replace ❌ icon to an eraser and change it's behavior #8164)
• easy way to reset a time in the timestops input (TSV2 : Simplify cancel of fixed time in input table #7951)
• display base simulation in stdcm speed space chart - already done ? - (stdcm: in the speed chart, display the speeds the train would have with no allowance #6895)

• improve stops units in timestops input (TSV2 : Put units into the table lines and not in the title #8223)
• be able to set a departure time first in input table (Allow user to set a departure time before arrival/stop #8894)

Technical improvements

• timesStops table should have simpler inputs (front: refacto the timesStopsTable props type #8402)
• usePathfinding could use directly usePathProperties (Generalize usePathProperties #8348)
• refacto usePathfinding
• use Comfort instead of RollingStockComfortType (Harmonize comfort types #8254)
• use rollingStockName in store instead of rollingStockId
• store the pathOffset in mm (front: keep all distance in mm in store #8788)
• store the pathStep duration in sec instead of string
• improve date manipulation (front: clean date manipulation in TS v2 #8166)
• ManageTrainScheduleV2 front: technical debt with data transformation #7918
• use everywhere mm instead of m, ms instead of ms, m/s instead of km/h, date instead of string => create types for these (front: keep all distance in mm in store #8788)
• modify rtk to receive the dates from editoast in Date and not string
• refacto transformBoundariesDataToRangesData (Refacto transformBoundariesDataToRangesData #8791)
• Harmonize the use of trigram and operational_point for path steps (Add condition for trigram and operational_point in pathSteps #8826)

Other ideas (not related to ts v2)

• refacto stdcmV2 link to the store/state
• rename stdcmV1 into stdcmDebug
• no via icon when clicking on map (Waypoint button should be disabled on the map if origin or destination aren't set #8117)
• improve map click if it's on an op (Snap waypoint to operational points #8156)
• have vias displayed on simulation results map (Adding waypoints in study map for the selected train #6598)
• write tests for upsertPathStep #8836
• add tests to formatSuggestedViasToRowVias #8835
