To prevent situations where one member or other organization might get an unbalanced dominating representation in the Technical Committee, we could introduce a rule that limits the maximum number of members of the TC with the same affiliation. It's a bit tricky how to formulate that when the existing rules would naturally lead to that, e.g. one organization having many projects in the Association and thus getting a big number of project seats.
This will be easier in the future, when we have more projects. So I would propose to not have a rule like this for now and introduce it as a refinement for later.
