Extensive custom filter name distorts Query GUI

Describe the bug
If an extensive custom filter name is selected. it would cover parts of the queries GUI.

To Reproduce

1. Login as admin in runboat instance: b0642f3aa-aa38-42d1-9451-78fc52826970
2. Go to registry and click dropdown arrow beside searchbar
3. Click on custom filter
4. Locate the custom filter "is household with members that have chronic illness/medical conditions" then click it.
5. Notice it distorts the Query GUI.

Expected behavior
Should fix GUI to accommodate extensive custom filter names.
