Folders are organized according to year and semester but we have a change in our curriculum. According to ACM there are many amendments made in course structure so file should be subject wise.
Furthermore, the folders should contain material year wise. This structure can make this repo more organized.
Example : Folder P2
Year 12
Year 13
Year 14
Year 15
Year 16
Folder DSA
Year 12
Year 13
Year 14
Year 15
Year 16

Ok I understand the issue. But tell me one thing more. The file will be subject wise, but those subjects should belong individual or those folders should lie on super folder. Like 1st_year->dsa->(year wise paper) or dsa->(year wise paper) ?

@Parulshandilya can you tell me the folder structure that is required by you or shall i put them as i understand.
It would be better if you give the structure.I am a 2nd year CSE student so I don't have much idea about the subs coming and the subjects of other branches.

I guess you what the structure to be like:
COA -> (Second Year) correct me if i'm wrong !

According to me it should be ,
COA->
DBMS->

And the paper should be named Y16_MidTerm, Y19_EndTerm, Y14_Quiz and so on...
