The Torque ecosystem is complex, has many moving parts, and many pathways for change to the production deployment.

We want a process for changing the system that balances responsiveness with reliability. I started mapping out the system components and risks associated with our system in this etherpad but we should codify the testing and deployment protocols somewhere less... ethereal!
