Events reference broken sometimes #347

When writing the docs on an interface that is eventually implemented by a contract and using @inheritdoc for NatSpec, the references to events seem to be broken, as in the next image

Note that functions references may not be broken.

Seen again in OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts#4121 at commit OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts@1285c49 without @inheritdocs, which may suggest that's not the root of the issue
