Small delta when medical concept occurs in multiple sentences

Per conversation with Sanjit and based on our annotation efforts to benchmark XAI methods for medical docs, we know that often enough, the medical concept we are looking for as an explanation appears in multiple sentences. Masking one of those will thus have a small impact on the predicted label probability. This is a flaw of MSP in its current form.
