bug: error if csrpoj file lacks <Version> element #29

Bug Report

It reports a confusing error if the element is missing, probably shouldn't error at all, just add the version element.

Error: File src/recovery-rofs-funcs/recovery-rofs-funcs.csproj is not a supported kind (csproj)
