Search: bulk external RDF imported won't be added to search index

Currently the search indexing happens at the end of the review process. Bulk external RDF bypasses Review, so this won't happen.
Workaround is to add new terms/vocab to the index manually from the console, but this should be able to hook into the bulk import code.
