Descriptive summary

Bulkrax import only has a cloud option for files. The site freezes when "Add Cloud Files" is clicked, preventing any attachment of images.

Expected behavior

Bulkrax import should have three options for files: cloud, upload a file, and specify a path on the server.

We'll have to explore server location options and cloud services through browse_everything gem. Some are easier to add and more reliable than others.
