Is there a file number limit?

I have +300K music tracks in my library and it seems that because I have so many, the components keep crashing on me. Especially when I try to load all of the albums at once. I usually get an "allocation size overflow" or an "out of memory" error.

Is there any way to resolve this issue, or should I try to find a different skin that'll handle my library size better?
(It'll be a real shame if it's the latter, I really like this skin)
